产品说明 · Product Description
Vonoprazan is a medication belonging to the potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB) class. It is used for treating stomach and duodenal ulcers as well as for eradicating Helicobacter pylori infection when used in combination with antibiotics. Unlike traditional proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs), vonoprazan does not require activation in an acidic environment. It directly and reversibly inhibits the proton pump in gastric parietal cells, leading to a more potent, rapid, and prolonged suppression of gastric acid secretion. This makes it particularly effective for conditions like erosive esophagitis and Helicobacter pylori infection.
